All Fortune-Auto Coilovers ship FREE to Canadian Customers with the exception of the North West Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. All Fortune-Auto Coilovers are bespoke, hand built to order with an average turnaround time of 3-4 weeks for production. This lead time varies by season and will be adjusted on our website accordingly. Each product depicts the average lead time for that item. Smaller and Accessorial items may not be eligible for free shipping.
Fortune Auto takes great pride in our products and the quality. In the unlikely event that you should encounter difficulty with a product or a defect is suspected, you are encouraged to first speak with Fortune USA. In the event that the product needs to be returned to Fortune USA, you will need to fill out our Warranty & Service form. This form must with all returned goods.
To place your order, simply add your desired product to cart and follow the checkout process. If you would like to take advantage of our custom spring rates, but are unsure of the spring rate that will best suit you please fill out the spring rate survey, and one of our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Each product is noted with a suggested basic spring rate which will be the default rate chosen in the event you do not enter a custom spring rate when placing your order.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Paypal as well as PayPal Financing for online ordering. For those who wish to purchase via AMEX or Discover Cards, please select PayPal as your payment method and then once redirected, opt to pay via Credit Card. This will allow you to use PayPals gateway to accept those two alternative credit card methods.
All our pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars, with a reference to the US Dollar pricing popularly found online. We have set our store up this way to allow you to verify the US Price as set by Fortune Auto USA, but also to allow our customers to purchase in their home currency. All pricing on Coilover kits is fully landed, you will not receive any additional fee's for customs or brokerages.
Any promotions set via our website are limited to the time noted. Purchases placed before or after a promotion begins or ends will not be eligible to any adjustments on pricing.
You may view your order history at any time by logging into your customer account and reviewing your order history dashboard. You can use this space to review your order history, check tracking information and more. You can also quickly reference individual orders via the Orders & Returns link at the bottom of every page.
You may update your account information such as your billing / shipping address, email and more at any time by logging into your customer account. Simply navigate to the relevant screen via the left hand menu and click edit. Please note that updating your address will NOT update your previous order information. If an address change is required for an order already placed and not yet shipped, please contact us.
